In order to value the time of our service providers and other guests, beginning August 27th 2021 we will required a credit card on file for all reservations over 1 hour. This card on file will not be charged in any way. We only ask that you provide 24 hour notice in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you fail to do so, the card on file will be charged 50% of the total of services scheduled.
We ask that you arrive shortly before your reserved appointment time with us. You're service provider reserves time in their schedule just for you! If you are running late, our team will do its best to accommodate you, but please understand that your services may need to be rescheduled or adjusted. To respect both our team members and other guests' time, a habitual lack of timeliness may result in a guests inability to schedule appointments ahead of time.
In consideration of our team and other guests, we ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment(s). If you fail to provide adequate notice, you may be asked to reserve future appointments with a credit card. Any further lack of notice will result in up to 50% off all schedule services charged to the card on file.
